David is a wonderful coach.  His approach to coaching takes all of my goals in life into account, not just my professional aspirations.   When David is coaching and issues would come up that I want input on, he would know intuitively the questions to ask, how to approach the issue, and then we would discuss the various outcomes available. 

David’s coaching style is to facilitate me working through the issue by asking me questions and allowing me the space to come up with my own answers.  David has exceptional listening skills.  He would always encourage me to talk through any challenges.
